Remedy Psychiatry keeps your records private and shares them only as the law allows. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to what you send us through this website.

What the contact form collects

The form asks for your name, email, phone, how and when you prefer to be reached, your language and one message. We use it only to reply to you. Please do not put medical details in the message: we ask about those in the visit.

What this website does not do

This website does not follow you from page to page, and it does not share what you type with advertisers.

Your record

Once you are a patient, your record is kept by the practice. You may ask to see it or to correct it. We share it with others only with your written permission, or when the law requires it, for example when someone's safety is at risk.
